A green elephant, blue and red deer whose antlers turn into forests - the Bhil artist's imagination knows no bounds.
Bhils are one of the oldest people in India. They live in villages close to forests in the center and northwestern parts of the country. Bhil women decorate their homes with beautiful pictures like the ones you see in these puzzles. Bhil people spend a lot of time in the forests gathering food. They paint birds and animals they see around them. The colours they use are made from vegetables plants and stones.
Each Pack contains 2 puzzles. The puzzle pieces are large and will challenge little children and help them develop their motor skills.
There is an unimaginable thrill in seeing the stunning images emerge bit by bit. When completed the pictures are ready to be framed.
A part of our Bhil art collection - these deer were drawn by artist Shanta Bhuria
